Coaching with Andrew
Most career advice is generic. This isn't. You'll get 60 minutes of direct, honest, actionable coaching from someone who lives in the job market every single day — and isn't going to sugarcoat what's holding you back. The session follows a clear structure. You'll know where we are, what we're doing and why. No rambling. No filler. Here's what the 60 minutes looks like:
0-15 mins: We start with your situation — not the polished version but the real one. What's actually happening with your search, what's stalled, what you've tried and what you're afraid to say out loud. This isn't small talk. It's triage. The more honest you are here, the more useful the next 45 minutes will be.
15-25 mins: Most people think their job search problem is one thing when it's actually something else entirely. Maybe the resume is fine and the real issue is how you're targeting roles. Maybe the applications are going out but the LinkedIn profile is tanking your credibility before anyone reads them. We figure out what's actually broken before we start fixing anything.
25-45 mins: This is where we spend the most time. Depending on what comes out of the first half, we might work through your job search strategy, how you're positioning yourself in the market, the story you're telling about your experience and career trajectory, how you're networking and whether you're doing it in a way that actually opens doors, or what's happening in interviews. The goal is clarity — what to do, how to think about it, and why it matters.
45-50 mins: You'll leave with three to five specific things to do before we talk again — not vague intentions, but concrete steps. This is the part most coaching sessions skip. We don't skip it. A session without accountability isn't a session, it's a conversation.
50-60 mins: The last 10 minutes are yours. Ask whatever didn't fit earlier. We'll also confirm your action items and talk through anything that feels unclear before we wrap up.
(Longer coaching sessions and ongoing arrangements are available.)
